EHCP Coordinator

Temporary | Contract

Location: the East of England

Start date: 28 September 2026

Are you an experienced EHCP professional who wants to make sure every learner with additional needs gets the support they're entitled to?

About the Role

As EHCP Coordinator, you'll chair and lead annual reviews for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans, working with an established education provider to keep the review process running smoothly and on time.

You'll make sure paperwork is completed accurately and returned to the Local Authority within deadline, and that the Learning Support team has everything it needs to secure positive outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable learners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Chairing and leading reviews for learners with Education, Health and Care Plans.
  • Ensuring annual reviews are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is returned to the Local Authority correctly and on time.
  • Providing the Learning Support team with the information they need to support learners effectively.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience conducting and chairing EHCP reviews
  • Knowledge of additional learning needs
  • Up to date safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain it
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience within a further education setting
