Appoint Us Through a Framework

We are an approved supplier on national and regional purchasing frameworks covering education, housing and the wider public sector. If your organisation already buys through one of them, you can appoint us directly, without running your own tender.

Why it matters

What a framework does for you

Frameworks exist to take the cost and delay out of buying. Where one is already in place, most of the procurement work has been done before you start.

No separate tender

The framework has already been competitively tendered, so you can appoint us through it rather than running your own exercise. That removes weeks from the process when a role needs filling now.

Compliant by design

Rates, terms and supplier due diligence are set and audited by the framework operator. Your procurement and finance teams get a route they can sign off without a bespoke review.

Agreed rates

Charges are capped by the framework agreement, so what you pay is known in advance and consistent across every placement made under it.

Four routes, covering schools, academies and colleges, universities, housing providers and local authorities. If you are not sure which applies to you, ask and we will confirm.

CPC - Crescent Purchasing Consortium

CPC is the education sector's own purchasing consortium. We are an approved supplier on its Temporary and Permanent Staffing 2 framework (CPC/KO/01/2026) across all three direct-procurement lots: Lot 1 Academic Roles, Lot 2 Non-Academic Roles and Lot 3 Executive & Leadership Roles. CPC and Crescent Services members can appoint us by direct award, quotation or mini competition. The framework runs to August 2029, extendable to August 2030, is let under the Procurement Act 2023, and is aligned to the DfE agency margin caps set out in the Academies Handbook.

SUPC — Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium

SUPC runs collaborative purchasing frameworks used by universities and colleges across the UK. Our place on it means education institutions can appoint us through a route that has already been tendered.

CHIC Approved Supplier

We are an approved supplier through CHIC, the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium, whose members procure services through its purchasing arrangements. Housing providers and local authorities can appoint us directly through it.

Constellia Approved Supplier

Constellia provides neutral-vendor managed services to public sector organisations. As an approved supplier we can be engaged through those arrangements without a separate procurement exercise.
