Business Studies Teacher
Temporary | Contract
Are you a Business Studies Teacher looking for your next opportunity with a further education provider?
About the Role
You'll plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to learners working across a range of abilities, adapting your teaching so that every student can access the subject and make progress.
You'll track attainment, prepare learners for their qualifications and work alongside colleagues to support engagement, attendance and progression.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons.
- Adapting teaching and resources to meet individual learner needs.
- Monitoring, assessing and tracking learner progress.
- Supporting learners to achieve their Business Studies qualifications.
- Building positive relationships and promoting engagement in the subject.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong Business Studies subject knowledge
- A recognised teaching qualification such as QTS, QTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or DET
- Experience teaching Business Studies
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
