Are you an experienced engineer looking to share your knowledge with the next generation of apprentices?

About the Role

A training provider in the South West is seeking an Engineering Tutor to deliver predominantly Level 3 apprenticeship programmes. You will teach a mix of mechanical principles, materials and electrical and electronic principles, combining your industry expertise with structured classroom and workshop delivery.

  • Assessing learner progress and providing feedback to support achievement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of teaching, learning and assessment.

  • Sound knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical engineering principles
  • Confidence delivering to Level 3 learners

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Support to gain a teaching qualification if you do not already hold one
  • Structured working week: Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:15, Friday 8:00–13:15

If you're ready to bring your engineering experience into the classroom and help shape the next generation of apprentices, we'd love to hear from you.
