Are you an experienced welding professional looking to pass your skills on to the next generation of fabricators?
About the Role
As a Welding Lecturer, you'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment across welding programmes at a further education provider, helping learners build the practical skills, technical knowledge and confidence they need to progress in the industry.

- Supporting learners to achieve and progress, both in practical sessions and through tutorial support.
- Assessing, reviewing and tracking learner progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Contributing to curriculum planning, development and review within your subject area.
- Maintaining a safe, well-organised and inclusive learning environment.

- The ability to engage, motivate and support learners
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- Assessing or IQA qualifications
- Experience of teaching or training in a further education setting
If you're ready to use your industry experience to shape future careers, we'd love to hear from you.
What's on Offer
- Support to work towards teaching qualification if not already held
