Travel and Tourism Lecturer
Temporary | Contract
Location: East of England
Start date: 12 October 2026
About the Role
This is a temporary lecturing assignment with a further education provider in the East of England, arranged through Dovetail & Slate rather than a permanent appointment. The role is due to start on 12 October 2026.
You will deliver travel and tourism teaching to students, bringing your subject knowledge to life in the classroom and supporting learners as they build the understanding and skills needed to progress in the sector or into further study.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering travel and tourism lessons to students.
- Supporting learners to develop their knowledge and understanding of the sector.
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- has experience of teaching, or working within, the travel and tourism sector
- is able to step into a temporary lecturing role and deliver from the outset
- is committed to supporting students through engaging, well-planned teaching
