About the Role
You'll provide practical and technical support within a plastering workshop, helping to create a safe, well-organised and effective learning environment for students developing their trade skills. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a genuine trade background in plastering who takes pride in maintaining high standards of workshop practice and wants to pass that knowledge on to the next generation of tradespeople.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing materials, tools and equipment ahead of practical plastering sessions.
- Maintaining workshop areas to a high standard of organisation, cleanliness and safety.

- The ability to work well as part of a team supporting learners and teaching staff
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience working in a college, training or education environment
- A teaching or assessing qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
Apply today if you'd like to bring your trade expertise into a workshop setting and help shape the next generation of skilled plasterers.
