About the Role

Our client, a further education provider, is looking for a Multi-Skills Lecturer to join their team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across multi-skills programmes, helping learners build the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to progress into employment or further training.

You'll plan and prepare both workshop and classroom sessions, assess learner work and track progress, working alongside a supportive team to create a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering practical and theoretical teaching across multi-skills programmes.
• Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities that support learner progression and achievement.
• Providing constructive feedback and setting individual learning targets.
• Offering academic and pastoral support to help learners achieve their goals.
• Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current industry standards.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant construction trade
• Industry experience within construction or multi-trade environments
• Ability to motivate and engage learners from a range of backgrounds
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable (but not essential):

• A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
• Experience of teaching or assessing in a further education or training setting
• Experience supporting learners with additional educational or behavioural needs
