Are you a skilled tradesperson looking to pass on your practical expertise to the next generation?

About the Role

You'll join a further education provider delivering multi-skills programmes, supporting learners to build the practical trade skills and workplace confidence they need to progress. The role starts in October 2026.

You'll deliver hands-on instruction in both workshop and classroom settings, track learner progress and help create an environment where every learner can achieve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering practical and theoretical sessions across multi-skills programmes.
• Supporting learners through assessments and providing constructive, timely feedback.
• Monitoring and recording learner progress.
• Maintaining health and safety standards within the workshop environment.
• Contributing to curriculum planning and course development.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Hands-on industry experience across practical trades
• A Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant trade discipline
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners of differing abilities

Desirable (but not essential):

• A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
• Previous experience delivering vocational training in a further education or training environment
