Job Description
HR Advisor
Temporary
Start date: 9 November 2026
About the Role
An education provider is looking for an HR Advisor to provide generalist HR advice and support across the organisation.
You'll handle day-to-day HR queries from managers and staff, applying up-to-date knowledge of employment law and current HR practice, and you'll produce reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Applying current employment law and HR practice to a range of cases and queries.
- Producing reports and carrying out data analysis to support the HR function.
- Promoting equal opportunities and celebrating diversity across the organisation.
- Undertaking other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of the post.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience providing generalist HR advice
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and current HR practice
- Strong Excel skills, with experience of producing reports and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
