HR Advisor
Temporary | Contract
Start date: October 2026
About the Role
As an HR Advisor with a further education provider, you'll provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and staff across the organisation, helping them apply policy and employment law with confidence.
You'll handle a varied caseload, keep accurate records and produce the reports and data the organisation relies on to make good people decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing generalist HR advice to managers and staff across the organisation.
- Advising on employment law and current HR practice in day-to-day casework.
- Producing reports and carrying out data analysis to support decision-making.
- Supporting managers to resolve people issues fairly and consistently.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Degree level or equivalent experience
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Experience providing generalist HR advice
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and current HR practice
- Strong Excel skills, with experience of producing reports and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
