Digital Tutor
Temporary | 13 Hours per Week
Location: the West Midlands
Start date: September 2026
About the Role
A further education provider in the West Midlands is looking for a Digital Tutor to join its teaching team. You'll deliver well-planned sessions that help learners build their digital and computing knowledge and achieve their qualifications.
Alongside teaching, you'll prepare learning materials, assess work and keep accurate records for the programmes you deliver.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering digital and computing sessions to learners.
- Preparing and producing teaching and assessment materials.
- Assessing learners' work and maintaining accurate records of progress.
- Undertaking administrative tasks relating to the programmes you teach on.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A degree in computing or a related field
- GCSE grade A–C or 9–4 in English and Maths
- A teaching qualification or experience of teaching
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience of delivering BTEC Level 1, 2 and 3
- Experience of assessing
