Cleaning Supervisor
Temporary | Contract
Location: the West Midlands
Start date: 6 October 2026
About the Role
A further education provider is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support a cleaning team across its sites. You'll make sure standards are maintained day to day and that the team has what it needs to do the job well.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day work of the cleaning team.
- Allocating tasks and monitoring standards across the site.
- Making sure cleaning schedules are completed to the required standard.
- Managing stock and cleaning equipment.
- Reporting issues and keeping clear communication with the wider team.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory cleaning role
- Ability to organise and motivate a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
