Business Lecturer
Temporary | Contract
Location: the West Midlands
Salary: £43 per hour

About the Role
We are working with a further education provider in the West Midlands who is looking for a Business Lecturer to join their team, with the role starting from 9 November 2026.
You'll deliver teaching across business programmes, helping learners build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to progress into employment or further study.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging business lessons across a range of programmes.
- Assessing learners' work and providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Contributing to curriculum development so content reflects current industry practice.
- Supporting students to achieve their qualifications and develop their employability.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in business or a related discipline
- Strong occupational knowledge and experience within business
- A genuine interest in supporting learners to succeed
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- Previous experience of teaching or training in a further education setting
