About the Role
A further education provider in the North West is looking for a Plumbing Lecturer to deliver theory and practical workshop sessions to learners working towards their qualifications in the trade.
You'll bring your industry knowledge into the classroom and workshop, guiding learners through the technical skills and working practices they'll need on site. Good classroom management matters here — students respond well to clear structure and consistent guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current industry standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent industry-recognised qualification
- Current or recent industry experience within plumbing
- Confident classroom management and the ability to give learners clear structure and guidance
- Good communication and organisational skills
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- An assessor qualification
- Previous experience of teaching or training groups
If you're ready to bring your trade into the classroom and help learners build careers in plumbing, we'd love to hear from you.
