Housing Support Worker
Temporary | Contract
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Start date: September 2026
Are you an experienced support worker who wants to help vulnerable people sustain their accommodation and move towards independence?
About the Role
You'll join a housing provider delivering housing related support to vulnerable individuals. Working alongside housing and property management, you'll help service users maintain their accommodation and work towards a successful move-on.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing housing related support to vulnerable individuals across your caseload.
- Supporting service users to achieve independence and other measurable outcomes.
- Working alongside housing and property management to maintain safe, well-managed accommodation.
- Preparing and supporting service users towards a successful move-on.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- BPSS (Basic Personal Security Standard) clearance
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals
- A practical, person-centred approach to achieving outcomes
