Finance Manager
Temporary | Full Time
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber
Salary: £50,908 per annum
Start date: December 2026
About the Role
A further education provider in Yorkshire and the Humber is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function.
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance team, working closely with senior leaders to make sure financial information is accurate, timely and useful to the people making decisions.
This is a role for a confident finance professional who is comfortable working in a busy organisation and happy to get involved across budgeting, reporting and financial control.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role
- A recognised accountancy qualification, or qualified by experience
- Strong budgeting, reporting and financial control skills
- Confident communication with colleagues at all levels
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience of finance within further education or the wider public sector
