Are you a business professional or experienced lecturer ready to share your expertise with the next generation?

About the Role

You'll join a further education provider in the West Midlands, delivering business programmes to learners working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You'll plan and teach engaging sessions, assess learner progress and bring current business practice into the classroom.

You'll support learners of varying levels and help them build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across business programmes.
• Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities to support learner progression and achievement.
• Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current industry standards.
• Supporting learners in developing their employability prospects.
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• A Level 3 qualification or higher in business or a related discipline
• Occupational competence and relevant industry knowledge
• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and passing on your knowledge

Desirable (but not essential):

• Previous experience teaching business in a further education setting
• A recognised teaching qualification
