Damian has 16 years of experience in education and has worked as a teacher, Advanced Practitioner and manager. He has used the HOW2 platform for 14 years and brings a strong understanding of how practical, evidence-informed teaching strategies can support real improvement in the classroom. As Director of Partnerships, Teaching & Learning at TeachingHOW2s, he works with colleges and training providers to help strengthen teaching practice, support staff development and build greater consistency in teaching and learning across organisations. His work is focused on helping leaders, managers and teachers turn teaching and learning priorities into day-to-day practice, with an emphasis on quality improvement, professional development and learner experience.
Luke Zwalf

Luke has 23 years of experience in education, including 7 years in Further Education. During that time, he spent 4 years as Head of Teaching and Learning at a large FE college, leading work to improve teaching practice and support staff development across the organisation. As Head of Community and Teacher Innovation at TeachingHOW2s, he brings that experience into his work with educators and providers, helping to make professional development practical, relevant and focused on real classroom impact. His work centres on supporting teachers and leaders to engage with effective practice, build confidence and turn teaching and learning priorities into day-to-day action across teams and organisations.
John Evans OBE

John is a highly experienced Further Education leader whose career spans lecturing, senior leadership and Principal roles across multiple colleges and training providers. He has led institutions to Ofsted Outstanding and transformed complex organisations through culture change and quality improvement with a laser focus on improving teaching and learning. He has recently stepped down as the Principal & CEO of the Cornwall College Group (awarded outstanding in January 2025) and is now supporting numerous providers in the FE Sector. He champions innovative teaching and learning, outstanding learner experience, and national sector improvement as a ‘critical friend’. John has been an OI for many years, mainly inspecting apprenticeships. He has recently been awarded an OBE for services to Further Education.
Jonny Kay

Jonny Kay is an award-winning former teacher and leader who has supported more than 20,000 teachers and leaders through his work as a consultant, speaker, coach and CPD facilitator. Jonny draws on significant experience from across education, focusing on practical strategies that raise standards and empower educators to make lasting impact. He also serves as a school governor and charity trustee, championing high standards and opportunity. A published author, Jonny is passionate about empowering teachers and leaders to achieve their potential and continues to drive practical, evidence-informed change.
Andrew Green

Andrew Green is a highly respected leader in further education, known for his authenticity, warmth and unwavering belief in the power of learning to change lives. His leadership philosophy is built on integrity, empathy and the belief that kindness is a superpower - values that underpin both his role as CEO of Chichester College Group and his work with Authentic Leadership Coaching. Andrew held a range of senior positions at City College Brighton and Hove before joining Chichester College in 2010 as Deputy Principal, responsible for teaching, learning, curriculum and quality. Under his leadership, the college achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating in 2014 - only the sixth college in the country to do so. In 2017, he became Executive Principal following the merger with Crawley College and, in 2021, Chief Executive of the Chichester College Group. In 2020, under his guidance, the group achieved outstanding in all areas - the largest college group in the country to do so. Andrew's leadership has always been rooted in authenticity and purpose. He believes that when people feel valued, trusted, and inspired, they can achieve extraordinary things. His leadership journey is defined by creating emotionally intelligent organisations that empower both learners and staff to thrive. Through authentic leadership coaching, Andrew offers one-to-one coaching and consultancy for new and emerging leaders across education, public services and the charity sector.
