About the Role
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and adults? Sandwell College is hosting an exclusive recruitment event to find dedicated HubExtra Learning Support Assistants to join our team.
What does a HubExtra LSA do?
This is a general Learning Support Assistant role where you will play a vital part in promoting inclusion, success, and progression for learners across various areas. Your key duties will include providing 1:1 or small group support within the classroom, assisting teaching staff with adapting activities, monitoring student progress, and fostering independent learning and aspirational attitudes.
What to Expect on the Day
This is an interactive Assessment Centre designed to give you a real feel for life at Sandwell College while allowing you to showcase your skills to most of our department team. Food and drinks will be provided by the college during the refreshment break!
