We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Welding to inspire the next generation of industry professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver hands-on, industry-relevant teaching in a well-equipped learning environment, helping learners develop practical skills, confidence, and career-ready behaviours.
You'll teach both practical and theory-based sessions, covering areas such as MIG, TIG and arc welding, metal fabrication, and safe working practices, while supporting learners to achieve and progress.

What You'll Bring
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Welding
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above (or equivalent)
