About the Role

You'll join a school in a role that supports the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning for its students. Working as part of an established team, you'll help learners build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to progress.

You'll be given the support and guidance you need to settle in quickly and make a difference from the start. This post is offered as a contract, with a planned start date of September 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of teaching and learning in line with the organisation's expectations.
• Working with colleagues to help learners progress and achieve.
• Contributing to a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Relevant experience in a comparable role
• The ability to communicate clearly with learners and colleagues
• A commitment to supporting learner progress and achievement

Desirable (but not essential):

• A relevant qualification in your subject or specialism
• Previous experience working in a school or similar setting
