T Level Lecturer
Temporary | Contract
Location: the North West
Pay: £45 per hour
Start date: 21 September 2026
Are you an experienced industry professional looking to bring your expertise into the classroom and shape the next generation of technical specialists?
About the Role
You'll join a further education provider in the North West, delivering T Level programmes to learners working towards their technical qualifications. Across theory sessions and practical work, you'll help learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours employers are looking for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging theory and practical sessions on the T Level programme.
- Adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of learners.
- Assessing learner work and tracking progress towards qualification completion.
- Producing learning resources to support the programme.
- Keeping accurate records and completing associated administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in your subject specialism
- Industry or professional experience you can draw on in your teaching
- The ability to motivate and support learners to achieve
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed or DET
- Previous experience of delivering T Levels or other Level 3 technical programmes
