Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer – Property Development & Maintenance
Location: Buckinghamshire (travel across Buckinghamshire required) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year Salary: £37,200 – £41,880 per year Sector: Further Education / Apprenticeships
Overview
A Further Education provider is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer in Property Development & Maintenance to support apprentices throughout their programme. The role involves delivering practical and theory-based training and working closely with employers to ensure successful learner progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training in classroom, workshop and workplace settings
- Share up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills
- Support apprentices' development, progress and achievement
- Develop and monitor individual training plans
- Liaise with employers to enhance training and workplace performance
- Travel locally to support apprentices on programme
Essential Requirements
- Industry experience in Property Development and/or Maintenance
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to support learner progress and employer engagement
- Willingness to travel within the local area
- Teaching qualification not essential (training provided)
