Are you an experienced project management professional looking to pass your expertise on to the next generation?

About the Role

You'll join a further education provider, delivering PMO training to learners working towards their qualifications. Across theory sessions and practical work, you'll bring your industry experience into the teaching environment and help learners build the knowledge, skills and confidence employers are looking for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging PMO theory and practical sessions.
• Adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of learners.
• Assessing learner work and tracking progress towards qualification completion.
• Producing learning resources to support the programme.
• Keeping accurate records and completing associated administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in project management or a related discipline
• Project or programme office experience you can draw on in the classroom
• The ability to motivate and support learners of differing abilities

Desirable (but not essential):

• A teaching or assessing qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
• Previous experience of teaching or training in a further education setting
