JOB DESCRIPTION
POST TITLE: Lecturer – Plumbing LOCATION: Buckinghamshire HOURS: 35 hours per week CONTRACT: Full Time SALARY: £37,200 – £41,880 per annum
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching in Plumbing
- Plan and deliver practical and theory-based lessons
- Use innovative teaching methods to support student engagement and achievement
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in developing technical and employability skills
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and achievement
- Complete administrative duties to support learner success
- Contribute to curriculum delivery and continuous improvement
Essential:
- Relevant industry experience in Plumbing
- Level 2 minimum qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners
