Maths Teacher
Temporary | Contract
Start date: September 2026
About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a committed Maths Teacher to join a multi-academy trust from September 2026.
You'll deliver engaging Maths lessons, support learners to achieve strong outcomes, and work as part of a collaborative teaching team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons to meet varying learner needs.
- Assessing progress and providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Supporting learners with exam preparation and attainment strategies.
- Contributing to curriculum planning and departmental development.
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting student achievement and progression
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4
