Lecturer in Motor Vehicle
Salary: £30,500 – £43,500 per annum (Grade 3–4)
Location: Staffordshire
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join a busy, professional and growing STEM team and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Motor Vehicle programmes up to Level 3.
- Plan, coordinate, and develop engaging and industry-relevant curriculum content.
- Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential and improve employability prospects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Work collaboratively within a dedicated team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Extensive industry experience in the motor vehicle sector.
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in the subject area.
- A teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS) or a willingness to work towards one.
- Organised, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with SEN students is desired but not essential.
