Job Description

Are you highly organised, confident working with data and passionate about creating a great experience for apprenticeship learners?

We're working with a forward thinking training provider that is looking for a Learner Experience Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of its apprenticeship programmes.

This is a varied, fast paced position where you'll sit at the heart of the learner journey, coordinating activity, monitoring progress and making sure learners receive the right support at the right time.

The Role

As Learner Experience Manager, you'll work closely with Coaches, apprenticeship colleagues and client stakeholders to ensure learners remain engaged, on track and progressing towards successful completion.

You'll use learner data and digital systems to identify potential issues early, coordinate interventions and help create a smooth, well-organised learner experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating learner activity across apprenticeship programmes
  • Monitoring learner attendance, engagement and task completion
  • Identifying learners who are falling behind and helping coordinate appropriate interventions
  • Working closely with Coaches to keep learner progress on track
  • Coordinating coach activity and scheduling against programme deadlines
  • Producing monthly learner progression reports and highlighting areas of concern
  • Tracking progress review attendance and line manager engagement
  • Liaising with client stakeholders to support learner re-engagement
  • Identifying trends within learner and coach performance
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and programme information
  • Supporting the wider apprenticeship team to improve efficiency and learner outcomes

What We're Looking For

This opportunity would suit an experienced apprenticeship administrator, programme coordinator, learner support professional or training administrator or similar who is ready to take on greater responsibility.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience working within an apprenticeship or training environment
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel and general digital systems capability
  • Experience analysing learner data and identifying where action is required
  • A proactive approach – you won't simply report problems; you'll help find solutions
  • Experience with Monday.com would be advantageous

Why Apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to move into a role where you can have a genuine impact on the learner experience.

Rather than being purely administrative, you'll have visibility across apprenticeship delivery and work closely with coaches, managers and employers to help improve engagement, progression and successful outcomes.

You'll receive:

  • £32,000 salary
  • Hybrid working
  • 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays and an extended Christmas break
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • The opportunity to join a supportive, learner-focused organisation
  • A varied role with real responsibility and visibility across apprenticeship delivery

If you have experience within apprenticeships or training and enjoy bringing together people, data and organisation to keep learners moving forward, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer

  • £32,000 salary
  • Hybrid working
  • 33 days' annual leave including bank holidays
  • Extended Christmas break
  • Comprehensive benefits package
