Job Description

Job Title: Construction / Trade Tutor

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 36 hours per week (Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, including an early 3:00 PM finish one day per week)

Location: Sunderland

Salary Range: £35,000 – £42,000 per annum

About the Role

An established Training Provider is looking for an experienced Electrical Tutor to join their team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality vocational education, guiding and supporting learners as they gain practical skills and industry-recognized qualifications to launch or advance their careers.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Trade Expertise: Qualified up to Level 3 in a relevant vocational trade.

  • Teaching & Assessing: Possess recognized teaching and assessing qualifications (e.g., AET, PTLLS, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent). Desirable

  • Industry Insight: Strong understanding of the Education, Vocational Skills, and Training sectors.
