Job Title – Lecturer Electrical Installation
Salary – £32,000-£48,000 DOE
Location – Essex
Contract Type - Permanent

We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Lecturer's in Electrical Installation to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Electrical Installation.
• Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
• Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
• Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

• A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related discipline.
• Extensive industry experience in Electrical Installation.
• GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• An assessor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• Awareness of industry trends and curriculum issues.
• Awareness of sector challenges affecting delivery.
