About the role
As an Early Years Lecturer, you'll plan and deliver engaging lessons that build the subject knowledge, practical skills and professional confidence your learners need to succeed. You'll bring real-world insight from the sector into the classroom, giving learners context alongside the theory that underpins it.

- Providing timely, constructive feedback that helps learners improve.
- Tracking learner performance and putting interventions in place where needed.
- Contributing to curriculum development so that content stays current and relevant.
