Digital Trainer
Contract | Temporary
Location: the East of England
Are you a confident digital skills professional who enjoys helping others build their confidence with technology?
About the Role
We're recruiting a Digital Trainer on behalf of a public sector organisation in the East of England. You'll deliver training that helps people develop practical digital skills and apply them with confidence in their day-to-day work.
You'll plan and deliver sessions to groups and individuals, adapting your approach to suit a range of starting points and learning needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering digital skills training to learners of varying abilities.
- Planning and preparing engaging training sessions and supporting materials.
- Providing one-to-one support and coaching where additional help is needed.
- Assessing progress and giving clear, constructive feedback.
- Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong digital and IT skills
- Experience of training, teaching or coaching others
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching, training or assessing qualification
- Experience of working within the public sector
