Business Lecturer
Temporary | Contract
Are you a business professional or experienced lecturer who wants to share your expertise with the next generation?
About the Role
You'll join a further education provider as a Business Lecturer, delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across its business programmes. You'll plan and prepare learning activities, assess learners' work and support them to progress and achieve.
You'll also contribute to curriculum development, making sure what learners study reflects current industry standards, and you'll work as part of a supportive team to create a positive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across business courses.
- Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities to support learner progression and achievement.
- Contributing to curriculum development so that content aligns with current industry standards.
- Supporting learners to develop their technical skills and employability prospects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Developing employer partnerships to enhance learning opportunities and industry engagement.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 qualification or higher in business or a related field
- Occupational competence and a relevant skill set
- Teaching experience
- A genuine passion for teaching and passing on your knowledge
