Temporary | Contract
Location: the South East

About the Role
Our client, a further education provider, is looking for a Business Lecturer to join their team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across business programmes, helping learners build the knowledge, confidence and employability skills they need to progress.
You'll plan and prepare your sessions, assess learner work and track progress, working alongside a supportive team to create a positive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across business courses.
- Planning, preparing and assessing learning activities that support learner progression and achievement.
- Contributing to curriculum development so that content reflects current industry standards.
- Supporting learners in developing their skills and employability prospects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 qualification or higher in a business-related subject
- Occupational competence and relevant subject knowledge
- A genuine passion for teaching and passing on your knowledge
Desirable (but not essential):
- A teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
- Previous experience teaching or training in a further education setting
