They're now looking for a Business Development Advisor to help grow apprenticeship and training opportunities by building relationships with employers across the region. This role suits a confident, target-driven individual who enjoys both autonomy and working in a supportive, mission-led team.
You'll plan and deliver outreach activity, identify employer needs, and convert leads into lasting partnerships, all while working for a purpose-driven organisation that genuinely values its people.
