Job Title: Brickwork Workshop Assistant ---------------------------------------

Location: Wiltshire Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week) Salary: £25,304 Per annum

Overview

Support the delivery of practical Brickwork training by maintaining workshops, assisting learners, and ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, safe and organised brickwork workshops
  • Prepare tools, equipment and materials for practical sessions
  • Support students during hands-on training and practical activities
  • Assist in developing learners' basic bricklaying skills and confidence
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and stock levels

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Brickwork (or above)
  • Practical experience in bricklaying or construction
  • Basic understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
