Job Title: Brickwork Workshop Assistant ---------------------------------------
Location: Wiltshire Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week) Salary: £25,304 Per annum
Overview
Support the delivery of practical Brickwork training by maintaining workshops, assisting learners, and ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe and organised brickwork workshops
- Prepare tools, equipment and materials for practical sessions
- Support students during hands-on training and practical activities
- Assist in developing learners' basic bricklaying skills and confidence
- Monitor and maintain equipment and stock levels
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Brickwork (or above)
- Practical experience in bricklaying or construction
- Basic understanding of health & safety in a workshop environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
