Job Description
Job Title: Barbering Tutor
Location: Isle of Wight
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours, 52 weeks)
Salary: Up to £38,144 per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging sessions.
- Inspire and motivate learners.
- Embed employability and workplace skills.
- Support learners to achieve and progress.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Passion for education and learner development.
- Teaching or training experience even if not in a formal setting.
