About the Role

We are recruiting an Art Teacher to join a school and deliver engaging, high-quality art lessons across a range of mediums and techniques.

You'll plan and deliver lessons that stretch learners of all abilities, encourage creative confidence and help students develop both technical skill and personal expression.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging art lessons across a variety of mediums and techniques.
• Supporting learners of all ability levels to develop their practical and creative skills.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular, constructive feedback.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creative expression.
• Preparing learners for assessment and supporting them towards their personal and academic goals.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Subject expertise in Art, with strong practical and creative knowledge
• Experience delivering lessons, workshops or training sessions
• The ability to adapt your teaching style for diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to learner progress

Desirable (but not essential):

• A teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Art within a school setting
