Location: Buckinghamshire Contract: Full-time Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £25,776 – £30,779 per year Sector: Further Education / Apprenticeships
Overview
A Further Education provider is recruiting an Apprenticeship Training Supervisor to manage and support a caseload of apprentices across areas such as Carpentry, Autocare and Brickwork. The role focuses on employer engagement, apprentice progression and successful completion of End Point Assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of apprentices
- Support recruitment and onboarding of employers and apprentices
- Develop and maintain strong employer relationships
- Conduct tri-partite progress reviews
- Create action plans and set performance targets
- Monitor apprentice progress and EPA readiness
- Deliver group tutorials / professional development sessions
- Provide clear communication to employers, apprentices and stakeholders
Essential Requirements
- Experience working within apprenticeships or training environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage relationships with employers and learners
- Target-driven and able to track performance
- Customer-focused approach
