Paint and Decorating Lecturer- Further Education
Salary: £36,000- £43,500
Pension: Up to 28.6% employer's contribution
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term contract until July 2027
About the Role
Are you an experienced Paint and Decorator looking to pass on your skills and inspire the next generation? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding teaching role within a supportive college environment.
The Role:
- Teach Paint and Decorating programs Entry Level to Level 3
- Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessions
- Support curriculum development & employer partnerships (where relevant)
- Create resources and assess learner progress
Requirements:
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Paint and Decorating.
- Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
